Warriors and Pats Launch First Ever Trans-Canada Clash
Regina, SK 2:00pm: The Moose Jaw Warriors Hockey Club, the Regina Pats Hockey Club as well as title sponsor Conexus Credit Union are pleased to announce the launch of the Trans-Canada Clash.

rOn Saturday January 27th, members of the Moose Jaw Warriors alumni will face off against the Regina Pats alumni at the Moose Jaw Civic Centre at 2:00pm. Funds generated from the event will go towards both team’s education funds.

rThe Regina Pats and Moose Jaw Warriors are known for having the biggest rivalry in Junior hockey, and the Trans-Canada Clash is shaping up to be a game to remember! Some returning alumni include Mark Mackay, Troy Edwards, and Kelly Buchberger of the Warriors and Dale Derkatch, Al Dumba, and Frank Kovacs of the Regina Pats. Following the Alumni game at 2:00pm, fans will have the opportunity to meet the returning Alumni at a post game autograph session at the Civic Centre.

rAlthough the game will take place at 2:00pm on the 27th, the entire weekend is packed with rival hockey as the current Regina Pats and Moose Jaw Warriors will face off in a home & home beginning at the Brandt Centre on Friday the 26th.

rTickets are available for purchase immediately for $10 (service charge & GST not included) by calling the Moose Jaw Warriors office at 694-5711 or by visiting the Warriors office at 422 Main St. The Regina Pats will also be selling ticket packages by calling 522-5604 for $20. The ticket package includes a ticket for the Alumni game as well as a ticket to the WHL match up between the two teams that same evening in Moose Jaw.
