KOOTENAY ICE’S PRINCE ALBERT — Kris Lazaruk stopped all 31 shots he faced to record his first shutout of the season and the second of his career as the visiting Kootenay Ice skated to a 3-0 win over the Prince Albert Raiders in one of five Western Hockey League contests on Tuesday, October 30th.

rSteve DaSilva – with his seventh and eighth goals of the season – scored twice for the Ice (7-9-2-0) while Matt Fraser scored his first WHL goal in the victory. With the win, the Ice remain in fourth place in the Central Division – four points behind third-placed Lethbridge.

The shootout defeat leaves the âCanes three points back of Calgary for second place in the Central Division.
