Suspensions Announced
The Western Hockey League today announced the suspensions of five players.
Chris St. Jacques of the Medicine Hat Tigers has been suspended for three games for receiving a major and game misconduct for cross-checking versus Lethbridge Hurricanes on September 15th.
Denis Sergeev of the Calgary Hitmen has been suspended for one game for receiving a major and game misconduct for checking from behind versus Kelowna on September 15th.
Paul McBrien of the Lethbridge Hurricanes has been suspended for one game as a result of a major and game misconduct he received for fighting versus the Medicine Hat Tigers on September 14th.
Ryan Robinson of the Lethbridge Hurricanes has been suspended for one game as a result of a major and game misconduct for cross-checking he received versus the Medicine Hat Tigers on September 15th.
Kane Ludwar of the Saskatoon Blades has been suspended for one game for receiving a major and game misconduct for checking from behind versus Prince George on September 16th.
