In 51 regular season games, the Martensville, SK product was relied on heavily, and he delivered, putting up a 2.88 GAA (10th best in the WHL), a .907 SV% (T-7th in WHL), 3003 Minutes Played (5th most in WHL), 25 Wins (T-8th most in WHL), 1,412 saves (6th most in WHL), and recorded two shutouts.

His efforts went noticed, as he was named the Raiders' Orland Kurtenbach Most Valuable Player.
