rThe Western Hockey League is seeking a dynamic team player with strong organizational skills for the full time position of Coordinator, Hockey Operations. Responsibilities for this entry level position include, but are not limited to:
r
r§ coordination of travel for all WHL officials
r§ assist with the coordination of all officials development camps and seminars
r§ administrative support for the Vice President, Hockey and Director, Officiating
r§ reception and general office administrative services
r§ preparation of weekly injury reports and monthly penalty reports
r§ assist with the preparation and distribution of WHL publications
r
rExcellent verbal and written communications, interpersonal, organizational, time management and administrative skills are essential. Strong technical skills in Word, Excel, Access and Outlook are required. Related work experience will be considered an asset.
