Ticketing Manager Chilliwack Bruins Hockey Club
rPrimary Purpose of the Position
r
rReporting to the President of the company, the primary purpose of this position is to grow the Bruins season ticket base while creating and executing programs to grow the group, multi-pack, and casual fan-base for the club.
r
rMajor Responsibilities of the Position
r
r⢠Provide overall leadership and accountability for growing the season ticket base.
r⢠Create programs to grow the Bruins multi-pack business, striving to meet pre-set targets.
r⢠Responsible and accountable for growing the customer database.
r⢠Establish and enhance relationships with customers, suppliers and service providers on an ongoing basis.
r⢠Oversee and represent the business in securing and closing sales opportunities.
r⢠Correspond with group and corporate season ticket clients during the season, ensuring their programs are serviced satisfactorily and they have maximum ticket utilization.
r⢠Execute and grow group sales through new and innovative programming and group leader incentive strategies.
r⢠Provide the organization with ticket system expertise and areas of improvement opportunities.
r⢠Provide Chilliwack Minor Hockey with top level service in executing this key partnership program.

rQualifications
r
r⢠Must have extensive knowledge of the Ticketmaster System sales management tools.
r⢠Minimum three years customer service and/or sales and marketing experience.
r⢠Ability to work closely with team members as well as self-motivated to work independently
r⢠Ability to work evenings and weekends, as required, due to the nature of the business
