BC forward Eli Zummack then took a nice feed from Jackson Leppard behind the net and fired a high wrist shot by Saskatchewan goaltender Jake Davidson with less than eight minutes to play.
BC escaped with a 3-2 victory after Saskatchewan pulled the netminders and had a 6-on-4 advantage due to a late Austin Chorney penalty.
