Tim Horton’s Family Skate Sunday at Prospera
After playing five games in seven nights, Kelowna Rockets players got a chance to mingle with fans on Sunday at Prospera Place during the first of two Tim Horton’s Family Skates this season.
It was free to attend for fans who were asked to bring bottles to help the Bankhead Grade 6 class on its annual fundraiser or non-perishable food items for the Kelowna Food Bank.
Plenty of pictures were taken as 3 to 400 fans came through the doors of Prospera Place to skate with their favourite Rockets.
The Rockets will hold another family skate near the end of February.
