Red Deer Rebels Advance to Eastern Conference Semi-Finals
With Red Deer’s 3-2 win against the Hurricanes in Lethbridge last night, the Rebels have advanced to the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals. The Rebels are the number one seed in the Eastern Conference and will play the fourth place seed in the Eastern Conference in the second round. The seeds are based on regular season standings.
In both Conferences, the second round match-ups will feature best-of-seven series within the Conference. The four clubs, which win their first round playoff series, will advance to the second round. The first place team will play the fourth place team, and the second place team will meet the third place team based on regular season standings.
