Player Tracker: Western Hockey League players and alumni named to European 2025 IIHF World Junior Championship rosters
The countdown to Boxing Day is on!
European Western Hockey League players are set to try out represent their countries at the upcoming 2025 IIHF World Junior Championship in Ottawa, Ont.
The tournament runs from December 26- January 5, 2025.
Five WHLers medaled in 2024 with Czechia as they completed the comeback against Finland to earn bronze.
This list will be updated as additional rosters are released in the lead-up to the annual junior hockey showdown.
In addition to the European contingent, 11 WHLers will travel to Ontario for Team Canada Selection Camp beginning December 10, while Blake Fiddler has made the preliminary roster for the United States.
