Hitmen Trade Ehrman

Hitmen General Manager, Kelly Kisio, announced today the Hitmen have traded Defenceman Dan Ehrman to the Prince George Cougars for Left Defenceman Gary Gladue. Both Ehrman and Gladue have played the last two seasons in the WHL, entering the League as 16 year olds. Gladue is eligible for the upcoming 2002 NHL Entry Draft in Toronto, Ontario.

“We wish our best to Dan in Prince George and strongly feel it will be the best for him” says General Manager Kelly Kisio. “It’s tough giving up a player like Ehrman, but Defenceman like Gary with great offensive upside do not come along very often. Gary is the type of player that will run our powerplay for the next few seasons and we are looking forward to having him in Calgary.”
