Spokane Chiefs swap road dates with Chilliwack and Kamloops in January 2010

With the 2010 Winter Olympic Torch Relay scheduled to roll through Kamloops on January 27th at 7:00pm, the Kamloops Blazers organization thought it would be in their best interest to re-schedule their game versus the Spokane Chiefs from January 27th to January 26th, rather than go head-to-head with the prestigious Olympic Event. With Spokane now playing in Kamloops on January 26th, the Chilliwack Bruins have agreed to host the Spokane Chiefs on January 27th, rather than the originally scheduled game on January 26th. The Western Hockey League has approved the game change in cooperation with the Chilliwack Bruins and Spokane Chiefs.
