ICE recall Mettimano
The Winnipeg ICE have recalled defenseman Josh Mettimano from the RINK Hockey Academy U18 team of the Canadian Sport School Hockey League.
Mettimano, 16, from Cochrane, Alberta, was selected by the ICE in the eighth round, 156th overall in the 2019 WHL Prospects Draft.
The 6’0, 185 pound blue liner has played 18 games with The RINK Hockey Academy U18 team this season registering four goals and 12 assists for 16 points and eight penalty minutes.
The ICE are back in action tonight against the Saskatoon Blades on Country Night presented by Fort Garry Brewing Company at the ICE Cave inside Wayne Fleming Arena starting at 7:00.
