ATTENTION SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
Brandon, MB. — Attention Brandon Wheat Kings’ Season Ticket holders.
The Western Hockey League club has announced that Ticket packages that have been ordered for the 2012 playoffs can be picked up at the Wheat Kings’ office at Noon, Wednesday, April 4th.
The Wheat Kings, who defeated the Calgary Hitmen in the opening round of post-season play, will kick off the WHL Eastern Conference Semi-Finals this weekend with back to back games on Friday and Saturday nights in Edmonton against the Oil Kings.
Following this weekend’s games, the best of seven series will shift to Brandon’s Westman Communications Group Place for games three and four on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 10th and 11th.
Tickets to both games – for the general public – went on sale Tuesday morning at the Keystone Centre box office.

In related news, the Keystone box office has announced its business hours for the Good Friday Long Weekend.
While the box office will be closed Good Friday and Easter Sunday, it will be open from 9 am to 4 pm on Saturday, April 7th.
When the series between the two Kings invades Westman Place next week, Brandon will be playing at home for the first time in over three weeks. The Wheat Kings last home game was played on Saturday, March 17th when they brought the curtain down on their 2011-12 regular season.
The Oil Kings, who defeated the defending champion Kootenay Ice four games to nothing in their Eastern Conference Quarterfinal series, led the WHL in 2011-12 with a record of 50-15-3-4, good for 107 points.
