Thank you for being a 2025/26 Season Ticket Holder! Below is a brief explanation on the playoff package that you now have the opportunity to purchase.

You are now able to purchase your 10 game playoff ticket packages with Visa or Mastercard. Those tickets can ultimately either be printed at home or saved to your phone. However, please do not print or save those tickets until we have playoff game dates and times listed on your tickets.

Any of the 10 Playoff Games not played, will be credited to your account after the playoffs for the 2026-27 season or refunded should season tickets not be an option for next season.

There is the remote possibility that two or more teams could end up tied for the final playoff berth. If this were to happen, Game A of your playoff ticket package could be a “winner in / loser out” one game playoff and could be played at the accesso ShoWare Center on March 24 at 7:05. We are a long way from that being the case, but if it does occur, your seats to the play-in playoff game would be secured in your 10 game Playoff Ticket Package.

Credit for the game that was moved to Climate Pledge on January 31 will also be applied toward next season or refunded upon request after March 20. We are unable to utilize the credit toward playoff tickets as there is a complicated formula for WHL Playoff Assessments.

7. Tickets will be available to print at Home or Scan from your phone for entry.
You will also receive a copy of your invoice via email complete with seat assignments and payment information.
Prior to knowing dates your e-tickets will be labeled Game A – Game K (excluding Game I). As more game specific information regarding dates, times and opponents becomes available, your tickets will populate with the updated information. To help alleviate confusion, please DON’T print, download or transfer your tickets until you can see the specific game details (Dates, times and opponents). You will NOT be able to transfer tickets until we know when the games will be played.
Finally, we understand that planning for and attending playoff games without a set schedule can be challenging. We are hopeful that managing them online will assist you with the varying playoff schedule. Bottom line, please note that Playoff Tickets bought with the 10 Game Plan can save you as much as 40% off of single game prices in Round 1 alone.
