ROYALS ANNOUNCE TICKET PACKAGE PICK-UP DATE
Ticket Package & Team Rally Day to take place on Sunday, September 18th.

Victoria, BC- The Victoria Royals today announced details for their annual Ticket Package Pick-Up & Team Rally Day that will take place on Sunday, September 18th at Gate 1 of the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre, beginning at 2:00 p.m.

This event is exclusive to Royals’ Season ticket, half-season ticket and Five Game Fan Pack holders. All those in attendance will receive complimentary appetizers and beverages during the event.

Following the food and drink, guests will be introduced to the 2016-17 edition of the Victoria Royals. Cliff LeQuesne from the morning show of 100.3 The Q!, as well as the Royals’ public address announcer, will be the evening’s Master of Ceremonies. General Manager Cameron Hope and Head Coach Dave Lowry will also address ticket holders in advance of the 2016-17 WHL season.

Players will be available for autographs and pictures following the team’s introduction and Marty the Marmot will also be on hand.

Ticket holders who are unable to attend the event on Sunday are able to pick up their booklets from the Select Your Tickets Box Office on the morning of Monday, September 19th. Box office hours are 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Those that cannot make it down to Select Your Tickets and would like to make other arrangements for booklet pick-up are encouraged to contact the Victoria Royals’ ticketing office by calling 250-220-7889 or emailing [email protected].

All ticket holders will also receive their 2016-17 edition of the “King Card,” an exclusive discount card that features over 10 new and returning businesses, such as Brady’s Fish & Chips, Montreal Subs and Three Gringos Mexican Grill.

New to this season, fans will get their first look at the Royals’ Gift & Giveaway Card that is exclusive to ticket pack holders. This card enables fans to receive ticket holder gifts at two contests and early access for seven game night giveaways.

Victoria wraps up their pre-season this Saturday against the Vancouver Giants. The game is scheduled for a 3:00 p.m. start at the Langley Events Centre.

The Royals kick off the 2016-17 regular season with a tilt against the Prince George Cougars on Friday, September 23rd with puck drop set for 7:05 p.m. The club will raise both their WHL Regular Season Championship and BC Division Championship banners earned during the 2015-16 campaign.
