GAME SUMMARY

The Rockets made a goaltender change, putting in Jari Kykkanen 1:50 into the second period after Andrew Thomson(9) from below the goal line tucked the puck around Pilon’s pad and into the net. Standing in front of the Blazers net while on the power play, Dylan Wightman (9) pounced on the Andew Cristall rebound to chip away at the Blazers lead with 39 seconds to go in the middle stanza.
Kelowna made it a one-goal game 1:06 into the third period, Tij Iginla (32) was able to get around a defender cutting to the left faceoff circle where he beat goaltender Dylan Ernst.
