Raiders Announce Saskatchewan Rush Night
Prince Albert, SK – The Prince Albert Raiders are pleased to announce that they are partnering with the two-time defending National Lacrosse League champion Saskatchewan Rush for “Saskatchewan Rush Night” at the Art Hauser Centre on Friday, November 25.
The Raiders will wear a special jersey that blends the brands of the Raiders and the Rush together to celebrate lacrosse locally and provincially. Game-worn jerseys will be available for purchase prior to the game online, or via a silent auction following the game. Part of the proceeds from the jersey sales will be donated to the Prince Albert Minor Lacrosse Association.
“We are very excited to partner with the Rush for this night,” said Raiders business manager Michael Scissions. “The Rush have become an integral part of the sports landscape locally and across the province. The popularity of lacrosse is growing throughout the province, especially in Prince Albert due to the Rush moving to Saskatoon last season.”
The NLL Champion’s Cup will be at the Art Hauser Centre for the game so fans can have their picture taken with the trophy. Also in attendance that night are the Crush Girls and the Rush’s mascot, Bruiser.
“We are thrilled to celebrate our 2016 NLL Championship alongside the Prince Albert Raiders. As we saw last season, we have an influx of fans and season ticket holders from Prince Albert so we’re excited to be able to bring the Champions Cup to their community all the while lending our efforts towards raising funds for the local lacrosse association. It’s going to be a fantastic night!” said Andrea Haughian, Vice President, Marketing and Partnerships for the Saskatchewan Rush.
Tickets for the game on Friday, November 25 can be purchased at the Raider Office or by clicking here.
