Leavitt Machinery Preview – Game 70 at Regina
RAIDER REVIEW: The Raiders (32-25-9-3) wrap up their mid-week road trip tonight at the Brandt Centre against the Regina Pats (38-25-5-1). Last night, the Raiders saw their nine-game winning streak snapped in a 2-1 shootout loss in Moose Jaw against the Warriors at Mosaic Place. Nikita Krivokrasov opened the scoring at the 3:21 mark of the first period. Just 34 seconds later, Vince Loschiavo tied the game. The score stayed that way until the shootout where the Warriors put the game away. Ian Scott was superb between the pipes for Prince Albert. The Toronto Maple Leafs draft pick turned away 36 shots in a losing effort.
VS. REGINA PATS: This is the final meeting of the season between the Raiders and the Pats. The Raiders are winless against the Pats this season, but have taken them to overtime three times.
