RAIDER REVIEW: The Raiders (2-1-1-1) take on the Swift Current Broncos (0-5-0-0) for the first time this season in the Subway Hub Centre in a 4 p.m. start. Yesterday against the Winnipeg ICE, the Raiders fell 3-2 in overtime. The Raiders now have points in four of their first five games in Regina. Evan Herman picked up a goal and an assist in the loss. Ozzy Wiesblatt chipped in with a pair of helpers. Carter Serhyenko stopped 32 shots in a losing effort.

BRONCO BUSTER: Ozzy Wiesblatt lead all returning players with six points (3g, 3a) in four games during last year’s season series with the Swift Current Broncos. The San Jose Sharks prospect also recorded his third multi-point game of the Subway Hub Centre with a pair of assists on Sunday against the ICE.
MULTI-POINT MAN: For the third time in five games in the Subway Hub Centre, Evan Herman recorded a multi-point game with a goal and an assist. Last season, the The Pas, MB product had three multi-point nights all year. Herman currently leads the Raiders in scoring with three goals and is third in points with six.
MORE FOR VITELLI: Reece Vitelli continues to pick up points in the Subway Hub Centre for the Raiders. Last year’s CTV Best Defensive Forward had an assist on Sunday night, giving him at least a point in four of the fives games this season. He is second on the team in scoring this year with seven points.
FIRST FOR McNUTT: Adam McNutt was the second Raiders rookie defenceman to score his first WHL goal this week. The Saskatoon product has dressed in four of five games during his rookie season, earning a plus-two rating with two penalty minutes.
SERHYENKO’S SAVES: Carter Serhyenko tied his career high by making 32 saves against the Winnipeg ICE on Sunday. The Saskatoon product also faced a career-high 35 shots in the overtime loss to Winnipeg.
