SETTING IT UP:
Prince Albert (17-12-3-0) face the Saskatoon Blades (20-10-2-2) in the second half of a home and home set. It’s Prince Albert’s first visit to SaskTel Centre this season, and they’ll look to even up their season series after suffering a 4-2 loss at home on Monday night. Justice Christensen and Brayden Dube scored the Raider goals in the loss.
TUESDAY TRADE:
The Raiders struck a deal with the Red Deer Rebels on Tuesday afternoon, acquiring 19-year-old defenceman Matteo Fabrizi in exchange for defenceman Doogan Pederson, a listed forward, and a 2025 third round pick belonging to the Swift Current Broncos. Fabrizi brings a big body to the lineup, standing at 6’5 and weighing 235 pounds. He’s a veteran of 197 WHL games, scoring 11 goals, tallying 26 assists, and racking up 224 penalty minutes.
THE TEAM SCORING LEAD:
Aiden Oiring no longer stands alone in the team scoring lead. Tomas Mrsic has pulled level with his linemate, as they both have 45 points this season. Mrsic assisted on both Raider goals on Tuesday night to climb into a share for the team lead.
