Game Preview: Game 55 @ Lethbridge
SETTING IT UP:
The Raiders wrap up a two game Alberta road trip tonight in Lethbridge to take on the Hurricanes in a huge game in terms of the standings. The Raiders beat the Medicine Hat Tigers last night 2-1 in a shootout, giving themselves a two point cushion over the Hurricanes for the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference. Oli Chenier scored in regulation on Friday night, while Aiden Oiring and Sloan Stanick scored in the shootout. Max Hildebrand stopped 26 saves on 27 shots for the win.
ROAD WOES ARE OVER:
Prince Albert snapped a ten game losing streak on the road with last night’s win. The club has been on fire at home lately, winning six straight games at the Art Hauser Centre.
A WIN FOR HIS 75TH:
Max Hildebrand picked up his 30th career win in his 75th WHL appearance on Friday night. Hildebrand has been on of the best players on the Raiders this season, having a huge year with 19 wins this campaign.
