CAPTAIN KAIDEN: Prior to the start of the season, Kaiden Guhle was named the 44th captain in franchise history. Joining Guhle in the leadership group are six alternate captains—Matthew Culling, Spencer Moe, Justin Nachbaur, Eric Pearce, Reece Vitelli, and Ozzy Wiesblatt. They will wear a letter on a rotating basis.
PROFESSIONAL RANKS: Kaiden Guhle and Ozzy Wiesblatt each made their professional debuts at the beginning of the AHL season. Guhle suited up in three games for the Laval Rocket, while Wiesblatt posted a goal in three games for the San Jose Barracuda.
VITELLI’S MILESTONE: Reece Vitelli is suiting up in his 200th career game tonight. In his career split between the Raiders and the Everett Silvertips, the Winnipeg, MB product has 21 goals and 39 assists. Since being acquired by the Raiders in October, Vitelli has cored eight goals and added 12 assists in 55 games.
