rClear Sky Radio, in association with The Lethbridge Hurricanes, is pleased to announce the signing of Mr. Pat Siedlecki as the new Play-by-Play voice of the Lethbridge Hurricanes on CJOC-FM “94.1 The Lounge”.

rMr. Siedlecki has been the voice of the British Columbia Hockey League Nanaimo Clippers for the past five seasons. Prior to the Clippers, Pat was the play-by-play voice of the BCHL’s Alberni Valley Bulldogs for three seasons.

r“When we won the Hurricanes broadcast rights this spring, we made a commitment to put the best possible hockey broadcast on CJOC-FM says Paul Larsen, President of Clear Sky Radio. “With the Hurricanes moving to our radio station, we felt the timing was right to introduce a new play-by-play voice and a fresh approach to the entire hockey broadcast”.

rClear Sky Radio’s commitment to Hurricanes Hockey involves several new initiatives including a one-hour Monday evening “Hurricanes Talk Show” and two daily “Hurricane Reports” that will air during the morning and afternoon drive shows on 94.1 The Lounge”.

rCJOC-FM Program Director Rick Volpatti adds “The search for the next play-by-play voice of the Hurricanes generated over 65 applications from across the country and several from the United States. The caliber of candidates was outstanding and we would like to thank each and every applicant for their interest and wish them well in their pursuit of doing hockey play-by-play”.
