Hurricanes reassign Michal Holub
Lethbridge, AB – The Lethbridge Hurricanes are down to 25 on their roster after they reassigned Forward Michal Holub.
Holub was acquired prior to the 2013 trade deadline when they sent Russ Maxwell to the Seattle Thunderbirds for Holub, overager Seth Swenson and a 4th round draft pick.
The 18-year old from Mission, BC played 20 games for the Hurricanes with 1 goal, 8 PIM’s and he was a minus-13 plus/minus rating. Prior to joining the Hurricanes, he had played 66 games with the Thunderbirds where he registered 3 goals and 5 assists.
Holub is expected to join the West Kelowna Warriors of the BCHL.
