Robert “Bobby” Fretts named Hurricanes Employee of the Month for November
rLethbridge, AB – Lethbridge Hurricanes GM Roy Stasiuk announced this morning the winner of the Hurricanes employee of the month award for November of 2008 is Hurricanes Assistant Trainer Robert Fretts.

rWith over a decade of service to the Hockey club; first as a statistician and now in his current capacity as Assistant Trainer, Fretts’ kind demeanor and rapport with the players has made him a staple in the Hurricanes training room. Fretts’ tasks range from choosing the line combinations, maintaining hockey inventory and acting as the official Lethbridge Hurricanes mentor, storyteller and historian.

r“After all these years I was always kind of hoping for an award of recognition like this.” said Fretts “Actually, I was hoping for a new coffee maker and better mousetraps, but I suppose this will do”
