#29 – TRAVIS BRIGLEY
Travis Brigley played his entire junior hockey career with the Lethbridge Hurricanes from 1994 to 1997.
During his three years with the Hurricanes, the Coronation, Alberta, product was a consistent scorer totalling 199 points (91g-108a) along with a plus-17 rating and 164 penalty minutes in 205 career games. Brigley appeared in an additional 23 playoff games where he collected 23 points (11g-12a) with a plus-6 rating and 39 penalty minutes.
He was a member of the 1996-1997 Championship Hurricanes that went all the way to the Memorial Cup Final. The 1996-1997 season was Brigley’s best offensive year collecting 90 points (43g-47a) in 69 games while adding 18 points (9g-9a) in 19 playoff games. The left-winger added seven more points (3g-4a) in the MasterCard Memorial Cup.
Brigley currently sits 16th all-time in Hurricanes goal scoring (91), tied for 20th in all-time assists (108) and 19th in all-time points (199).
After playing for the Hurricanes, Brigley went on to play in 55 NHL games with the Colorado Avalanche and Calgary Flames collecting nine points (3g-6a) and 16 penalty minutes. He also played in 448 games in the American Hockey League with the Saint John Flames, Louisville Panthers, Cincinnati Mighty Ducks, Hershey Bears, Bridgeport Sound Tigers and Springfield Falcons collecting 256 points (110g-146a) before spending five years in Europe.
In total, Brigley played in a total of 752 professional games before retiring from hockey in 2013.
