Kanzig, Karnaukhov go camping
Calgary Hitmen defenceman Keegan Kanzig and forward Pavel Karnaukhov will join 40 prospects at the annual Calgary Flames development camp, beginning on-ice on Tuesday, July 7, at the Markin MacPhail Centre at WinSport’s Canada Olympic Park (88 Canada Olympic Road SW). The purpose of the camp is to enhance each player’s development process through direction on conditioning and familiarity with the Flames organization.
The camp roster of four goalies, 18 defencemen and 20 forwards will be divided into four groups with Kanzig and Karnaukhov in Group A. Kanzig will wear No. 73 while Karnaukhov will don No. 89.
All on-ice sessions are open to the public.
