FOUR HITMEN NAMED IN CSS FINAL RANKINGS

The Calgary Hitmen Hockey Club is pleased to announce that Chris Driedger, Kenton Helgesen, Jaynen Rissling and Brady Brassart have all been recognized by Central Scouting in their Final Rankings for the 2012 National Hockey League Entry Draft.

Driedger, a native of Winnipeg, Manitoba, is ranked 13th amongst North American goalies.  The 17-year-old joined the Hitmen in an off-season trade with the Tri-City Americans.

Helgesen just finished his rookie season with the Hitmen and was passed over in the midterm rankings.  The Fairview, Alberta, product is now ranked 64th amongst North American Skaters.  

Rissling, who has spent three seasons on the Hitmen blue line, has moved up since the midterm rankings from 165th to 135th.

Brassart, an 18-year-old forward, recorded 59 points (25g, 34a) this past season and is ranked 181st.

The 2012 NHL Entry Draft will be held at the Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from June 22nd to 23rd.
