HITMEN TRAINING CAMP DAY 2 RECAP
The Calgary Hitmen kicked off day two of Hitmen Training Camp presented by GoodLife Fitness Wednesday with the first on-ice sessions of camp, with three scrimmages and a goalie session at Seven Chiefs Sportsplex. Team Getzlaf and Team Ladd both took to the ice twice, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Below is the scoring summary of the contests.

Riley Fiddler Shultz scored three, Sixth round 2020 WHL Prospects Draft pick David Adaszynski had a tally, while Xander Schulte and Brandon Gorzynski each found the back of the net for team Stone.
Wyatt Blace , London Hoilett and Luc Trevors each tallied a goal for Team Getzlaf.
Team Jones (5) Team Ladd (2)
Team Jones came out with the win in their lone game of the day in a high scoring match for the team. Carter Yakemchuk netted one on a penalty shot while Anton Yatsyshin and import Maxim Muranov both netted individuals tallies. Luke Wong and Owen Leckelt rounded out the win with one goal each.
Team Ladd saw goals from Zac Funk and Connor Bear.

Team Getzlaf came out with the win in their second game of the day. Sean Tschigerl lead the team with two goals, with Blake Heward, Mason Finley each adding a tally. The Hitmen’s most recent pick from the Import Draft Vojtech Husinecky also added on on a penalty shot. Forward Billal Noori sealed the deal with an empty net.
Brandon Whynott , Gavin Nemis and Jack Ferguson all scored one for Team Ladd.
Training Camp continues today, Friday, Sept. 2 at Seven Chiefs Sportsplex with three more games scheduled to take place. The action kicks off at 10 am with Team Stone taking on Team Jones.
All on-ice sessions are open and free to the public and media.
