Lisowsky Drafted by Toronto Maple Leafs in 7th Round
Montreal, QC – Saskatoon Blades forward Brandon Lisowsky has joined the Toronto Maple Leafs organization. The winger was selected 218th overall in the 7th round at the 2022 NHL Entry Draft Friday afternoon.

The 18-year-old had a strong season wearing the pacman on his chest. Lisowsky played 68 games, notching 33 goals and 25 assists, while tacking on 34 penalty minutes. With nine multi-goal games in the regular season, two of which were hat-trick games, Brandon finished second in scoring goals on the blades alongside teammate, Tristen Robins.
The Port Coquitlam, BC product finished fourth in the league for rookie goals, one goal behind Moose Jaw forward Brayden Jager. Lisowsky was a key component in the Blades finishing fifth in the eastern conference and clinching a playoff position. The 5-foot-9 left-shot lit up the playoff scene with five points in five games (3G, 2A).
