The door is open for a new contender to win a WHL championship and a berth in the 2024 Memorial Cup.

After last season’s arms race that saw the Winnipeg ICE, Kamloops Blazers and eventual Dub champion Seattle Thunderbirds go all in, the next wave of teams are ready for their chance at a Memorial Cup championship.
