CHL Announces BMO CHL MasterCard Top 10 Rankings
Toronto, ON – The Canadian Hockey League today announced the BMO CHL MasterCard Top 10 Rankings for week twenty-three of the 2009-10 season. The weekly rankings of the Canadian Hockey League’s Top 10 teams are selected by a panel of National Hockey League scouts.

The Colts reach number one for the first time this season and follow the Windsor Spitfires as the only other OHL team to claim the CHL’s number one ranking. The Spitfires, who have been ranked in the top-10 for all 23 weeks this season, have spent 10 weeks this year as the league’s top team. The QMJHL’s Saint John Sea Dogs and Drummondville Voltigeurs, along with the WHL’s Calgary Hitmen are the only other teams to reach number one so far this season.
