Frontenacs name Troy Paquette Team Services Coordinator
Kingston, Ont. – Kingston Frontenacs Hockey Operations have named Troy Paquette Team Services Coordinator. This role will be in addition to his current duties as the team’s Video Coach.
Troy originally joined the Frontenacs as Video Coach in 2018. He has spent two seasons in that role. General Manager Kory Cooper is pleased with the contributions Troy brings to the Hockey Operations team and believes Troy was a perfect fit for the new role. He said “Troy has been an important piece of our team, He is a perfect fit for the role of Team Services Coordinator in addition to his video coach title. Troy is hard working, organized and he is familiar with the day to day operations of the Kingston Frontenacs and the OHL.”
As the Team Services Coordinator, Troy will play an important part of the hockey operations team. He will be a direct link to assist the management, staff and players and he will be tasked with jobs that ensure all logistical needs are met.
Along with his work with the Frontenacs, Troy also helps to operate goaltending lessons across the province. He also works as the Goalie Coach for the Queen’s University Men’s Hockey Team.
In more exciting news for Troy, he has recently been added to Canada’s National Men’s Under-18 Team Summer Development Camp as their Video Coach. The development camp will take place from July 25 until August 4, 2021 at the Seven Chiefs Sportsplex on the Tsuut’ina Nation near Calgary. Troy will be joining fellow Frontenacs, Paul Ludwinski (Forward) and Chris Cook (Equipment Manager) at the summer showcase.
Troy will take on the new role of Team Services Coordinator effective immediately.
