Aaron Enright opened the scoring for the Battalion in the first 42 seconds of play, but the 67’s answered right back, scoring four unanswered to take a commanding 4-1 lead heading into the second period
The Battalion crawled their way back in the second period, with two goals from Lirim Amidovski and Nick Wellenreiter, putting them within one. But it wasn’t enough to complete the comeback

Sarnia Sting 6 at Soo Greyhounds 3

The Sting dominated in this one, scoring across all three periods, including Casey Bridgewater netting the game-winner early in the second period
Liam Beamish earned first star honours, recording a goal and two assists for Sarnia
Marco Mignosa, Jordan Charron, and Justin Cloutier all scored for the Greyhounds, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the Sting’s hefty lead
Beckham Edwards stays hot in his rookie season, adding another two points to his tally to put him in the top three for rookie points league wide
Nick Surzycia made 31 saves on 34 shots in the win

Kitchener Rangers 2 at London Knights 3

This close battle was decided in the second period with a goal from Knights forward Jacob Julien.
Jack Pridham scored in his third straight game, keeping the Rangers in it until the very end
Knights goaltender Austin Elliott made 27 saves on 29 shots in the win, improving to 13-0
The Knights improve to 25-6, maintaining their position as first place in the overall standings.

Brampton Steelheads 2 at Oshawa Generals 3

This back and forth battle was decided by Toronto Maple Leafs prospect Ben Danford early in the third period
Calgary Flames prospect Luke Misa opened the scoring for the Steelheads with a beautiful solo effort
Luke Torrance and Beckett Sennecke also netted goals for the Generals
