Storm signs Alex Carscadden
Guelph, ON – Guelph Storm General Manager George Burnett has announced that 2024 ninth-round pick Alex Carscadden has signed an OHL Scholarship and Development Agreement with the hockey club.
The 6’1, 185 lbs forward tallied 12 goals and 23 assists for 35 points in 75 games last season for St Andrew’s College. The centreman from Toronto, Ontario, notched 16 goals and 16 assists for 32 points in his first season with St Andrew’s College for a total of 28 goals and 39 assists for 67 points in 137 games over the last two campaigns. The 2008-born forward was originally drafted 177th overall by the Storm from the Mississauga Rebels U16 AAA program.
