Training Camp Tracker: OHL players at NHL camps

 

A total of 160 players eligible to compete in the 2023-24 Ontario Hockey League season received invitations to NHL Rookie Camps and Prospect Showcases that took place last week.

Each of the league’s 20 clubs sent at least two players to camps, with the Kitchener Rangers, London Knights and Ottawa 67’s leading the way with 11 each followed by the Flint Firebirds, North Bay Battalion and Saginaw Spirit with 10 respectively.

All 32 NHL clubs welcomed at least one current OHL player to its camp. The Ottawa Senators featured the most OHL talent with 17 players in attendance followed by the Vancouver Canucks with eight and several other teams with seven each.

Main camps are currently underway.
