Wolves Host IceDogs Friday
(Greater Sudbury, ON) The Pack is Back and ready to RUN this weekend as the Sudbury Wolves get set to host the Niagara IceDogs Friday November 5th at 7:05pm.
The Wolves are coming off a big 3-1 victory over the visiting North Bay Battalion on Sunday and will look to keep the momentum going. Captain Jack Thompson leads all OHL defencemen in points with 16 through 11 games and third among all OHL players in assists with 12. A trio of strong Wolves first year players, David Goyette (2nd), Evan Konyen (3rd), and Quentin Musty (5th), are off to strong starts this season and sit among the top 5 rookies in points in the OHL.
The IceDogs are led by San Jose Sharks prospect Danil Gushchin who has notched 8 goals and 5 assists on the season through 9 games. Cameron Butler and Jake Uberti round out the top three in scoring with 11 points and 9 points respectively through 9 games. The IceDogs sit 9th in the Eastern conference, just one point behind the Wolves who sit tied for 6th place.

Fans are encouraged to come to the arena early as COVID-19 safety precautions are in place that may take some extra time. The doors will open at 5:50pm. The health and safety of all our fans, players, staff and volunteers is of utmost importance.
A vaccination policy is in effect. Fans 12+ will be required to show their vaccine receipt from their second dose, along with photo ID upon entrance with their ticket. Fans must be fully vaccinated for a minimum of 14 days. Unvaccinated youth 11 and under must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult in order to gain entry.
