Wolves Host Battalion Tonight
(Greater Sudbury, ON) Wolves hockey action returns to the Sudbury Arena on Wednesday as they take on Central Division rivals, the North Bay Battalion, at 7:05pm in the Nickel City. The Wolves are looking to build on their 8 game win streak and two points in a victory would give the Wolves 2nd place in the Eastern Conference playoff race.
The North Bay Battalion sit 4th in the Central division. Their roster includes forwards, Justin Brazeau and Matthew Struthers. Brazeau is 2nd in the league in scoring with 89 points in 52 games, while Struthers has collected 61 points in just 45 games. They are also led upfront by Sudbury native Brad Chenier who has a total of 50 points in 48 games, 23 of those being goals.
Wednesday’s game is sponsored by Bruce Power and one lucky fan will win an iPad in the second intermission matching game. High School Students can gain admission to Wednesday’s game by showing their valid student card at the box office to gain entry for only $12.00.
