Dylan Wells (2014-2016)
Dylan has played for the Petes since the 2014 season. In his rookie year with the team, he had a breakout season, starting 27 games with the club. In his short junior career, he has already had numerous career highlights. In 2013-2014, he was a member of the OHL Gold Cup Championship team, as a member of Team OMHA White. The next year he was invited to Canada’s Under-17 Development Program and suited up in the Under-17 World Hockey Championship with Canada Red. In 2015-2016, career highlights for the young goalie did not stop. He was selected to play in the CHL Top Prospects Game and the OHL All-Stars in the Jr. Super Series. He also won a gold medal with Canada’s Under-18 team at the Hlinka Memorial Tournament. The Edmonton Oilers selected Dylan 123rd overall in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft.
