Chris McNamara – Director of Scouting
GTA Regional Scout

Chris McNamara joined the Petes as Scouting Coordinator after spending two seasons as a member of the Kingston Frontenacs scouting staff. He was named Director of Scouting for the Peterborough Petes in 2013.  Prior to joining the Frontenacs, Chris worked as a Regional Scout with the Oshawa Generals and as the OHL Head Scout for International Scouting Services.  Born and raised in Nova Scotia, Chris graduated from St. Francis Xavier University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics and is a certified Kinesiologist.  Chris lives in Etobicoke, ON and works at the Canadian Ice Academy in Mississauga, ON where he is the General Manager.  Chris covers players in the GTHL, OMHA SCTA and ETA, while providing crossover coverage of players in other regions of the province.
