Nelson Stops 29 in OHL Debut as Petes Fall 2-1 in Sudbury

On Friday, September 18, the Peterborough Petes were in Sudbury to take on the Sudbury Wolves for their second game in two nights. The Petes pushed hard to tie the game in the third period, but would come up just short, losing the game 2-1.

 

Owen Nelson led the way for the Petes, stopping 29/31 and being named third star in his OHL debut. James McMurray scored his first OHL goal, with Aiden Young picking up the assist.
