Rookie Camp Day 2: Scrimmage Recaps
On Tuesday, August 25, the Peterborough Petes completed the Rookie Camp portion of Training Camp with two more scrimmages at Healthy Planet Arena. A total of 41 players attended Rookie Camp, all battling for a spot at Main Camp, beginning on Wednesday, August 26. A full rookie camp schedule and roster can be found by clicking here.
In scrimmage number one on Monday, August 24, Team Maroon was victorious by a score of 5-3. A full recap of that game can be seen by clicking here.
In scrimmage two, Elijah Chavez (2G) and Cole McLennan (1G, 1A) helped White get in the win column with a 4-2 win over Maroon. A full recap can be seen below:

Main Camp begins on Wednesday, August 26, with rosters being released on Wednesday morning. A full Main Camp schedule can be found by clicking here. All scrimmages for the week will take place on the Sign-A-Fied pad at Healthy Planet Arena and are open to the public. Print out programs with rosters will be available on site.
