Games/Months Included
Q: What games are included with each monthly pass?
A: Each month’s payment gives you access to the included games that month. There are five monthly payments running October/November through March. Your October/November payment gets you access to all included games for those two months.
Q: Does my pass automatically renew each month?
A: Yes, your pass will automatically renew the next month through March 2020. There is an opt-out window each month if you do not want your pass to renew.
Q: How do I opt out of the next month if I do not want to continue my Otters Monthly Pass?
A: You must opt out by the 25th of the prior month if you want to discontinue your Otters Monthly Pass. For example, if you want to discontinue your pass for March, you need to opt out by February 25th via email by contacting [email protected] .
Q: What games are excluded from Otters Monthly Pass?
A: No games will be excluded from Otters Monthly Pass.
Otters Monthly Pass Seat Locations
Q: Where can I expect to sit each game?
A: Seats will be randomly assigned to pass buyers for each game, so specific seat locations cannot be guaranteed. You will be guaranteed a seat to each game in varying locations based on availability.
Q: How do I get my seat location(s) for each game?
A: Your seats will be sent to your email account no later than 24 hours prior to each game. You will receive an email notification when your seats have been delivered.
Purchasing the Otters Monthly Pass
Q: If I buy two or more passes, will my seats be next to each other?
A: Yes, passes purchased together will receive their seats next to each other.
Q: How many passes can I buy?
A: You can buy up to six (6) passes per account.
Q: Can my seat be next to a friend who also purchased the Otters Monthly Pass?
A: Separate transactions cannot be guaranteed to be placed next to each other. Must purchase tickets in the same transaction to sit together
Q: When can I access my Otters Monthly Pass seats for each game?
A: You will receive an email notifying you that your seats are in your Email account no later than 24 hours prior to the game.
Q: Can I get a refund for unused tickets?
A: Passes are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

Q: Can I sell my Otters Monthly Pass seats for games I cannot attend?
A: No. Passes are non-transferrable, and you will not have the ability to re-sell on the secondary market.
Q: Can I share my Otters Monthly Pass with someone else?
A: No. Otters Monthly Pass seats will be non-transferable and cannot be share
