Pick the games that best fit your schedule and your budget!

  • Flex Packages are offered in a variety of ways, including the fan favorite Saturday pack, and new for the 2019-2020 season the all voucher Flex-34 Pack, Rivalry Pack, and the Create Your Own Pack!
  • Flex Package Holders must pre-select their games in order to select a specific seat location for those pre-selected games.

Seat locations will no longer be held outside of pre-selected games.

Example #1: If a Create Your Own Package Holder pre-selects a seat location and the first ten home games for his or her package, then home games 11 through 34 will be available to the general public for individual game sale immediately.

Example#2: A Saturday Package holder will need to pre-purchase their selected seat for Thanksgiving prior to individual tickets going on sale as this seat/game would not be held.

Flex-34 Package

  • The only VOUCHER option
  • Receive 34 vouchers to use for any regular season home game
  • Same pricing as a full season ticket
  • Does not guarantee a specific seat
  • Unused tickets cannot be exchanged

Saturday Package

  • Includes all 15 homes games plus the Home Opener on Friday September 20th
  • Guaranteed the same seat for all 16 games
  • Tickets can be exchanged in ADVANCE via email ([email protected]), phone (814-455-7779) or in person at the Erie Otters Office up until 1 pm the day of the game you are unable to attend.
  • Able to choose the exchanged game later
  • Do not need to turn in unused ticket
  • Cannot exchange tickets for games on 11/28, 12/31 or 3/21

Create Your Own Package

  • Ultimate in flexibility – lets you pick the games you want all season long to fit your schedule and budget
  • Same seat location for each game you choose
  • For best seating options choose your games by August 9th
  • Minimum of 10 games need selected
  • Extra $1 off per ticket for choosing 17 or more games
  • Tickets can be exchanged in ADVANCE via email ([email protected]), phone (814-455-7779) or in person at the Erie Otters Office up until 1 pm the day of the game you are unable to attend.
  • Able to choose the exchanged game later
  • Do not need to turn in unused ticket
  • Cannot exchange tickets for games on 11/28, 12/31 or 3/21

Rivalry Package

  • The season’s 7 biggest pre-selected games
    • Friday, September 20th vs. Sudbury (Home Opener)
    • Saturday, October 26th vs. London
    • Thursday, November 28th vs. Kitchener (Thanksgiving)
    • Tuesday, December 31st vs. Kitchener (New Year’s Eve)
    • Saturday, January 25th vs. Owen Sound
    • Saturday, February 15th vs. Oshawa
    • Sunday, March 22nd vs. Kitchener (Final regular season game)
  • Tickets are not exchangeable
  • Guaranteed specific seat for all 7 games
  • No substitutions
