Tynan is Looking to Remain Steady on this Homestand
The IceDogs are playing in their second half of a back to back game homestand tonight. After a close game last night, the ‘Dogs are looking to gain some momentum and collect some points.
The Kingston Frontenacs are still looking for their first win of the season. Overage defenseman Jakob Brahaney just recently was named the Fronts Captain for the 2019-2020 season. Going into his fifth straight season in Kingston, Brahaney will be a leader on the blueline. The IceDogs will have to use their speed and teamwork to create quality scoring chances.
IceDogs rookie Tucker Tynan has been looking good at home in net. With six games played, he has a 0.932 save percentage and has made numerous highlight worthy saves. With another start tonight, Tucker is looking to continue his success in net and help the IceDogs to another win.
Tonight, is a Goodwill Donation Game! You can drop off a bag of clothing to donate to Goodwill Niagara at any entrance of the Meridian Centre and you will receive a voucher for a $2 ticket to the IceDogs game on October 12th against the North Bay Battalion.
Also, prior to tonight’s game from 5 – 6:45 p.m. Tim Hortons Coffee Truck will be parked in front of the Meridian Centre box office. Complimentary beverages will be served to IceDogs Fans! Please remember that no outside food or beverages will be allowed inside of the arena.
