Team-Issued Credentials

To apply for a 2025-2026 Niagara IceDogs Hockey Club Media Credential, contact Denice Pepe, Manager of Media and Communications at [email protected].

Credentials grant access to the greenroom, press box and post-game media availability.

Please note that there is limited seating in the press box. Requests must be submitted in writing to Denice Pepe at [email protected].

Credential requests will be evaluated on the following:

Proof of a considerable and consistent readership
Coverage/publication must feature regular and relevant content to the Niagara IceDogs
Proof of authorship with a reputable outlet
Maintaining a professional demeanour if granted access (including appropriate dress and professional attitude)
Credentials will be revoked for inappropriate, unprofessional, or fan-like conduct online, in the pressbox or during media availability.

Photo + Camera Policy

CHL Photography/Camera credentials are required for ALL photographers and camera operators in all CHL arenas.

Please note that all submitted forms are subject to the approval of the Canadian Hockey League.

Requests to republish Niagara IceDogs photographs should be made in writing to Denice Pepe ([email protected]). Please include the photographs’ details and publication date, along with a brief explanation of how the material will be used. Niagra IceDogs images are rights-managed and should not be published, reproduced or distributed without consent.

Royalty-Free OHL Images
OHL Images continues to offer a collection of high-quality digital photography of teams, players, and various special events that are available for free editorial use by media covering the OHL. All images are available as a high-resolution download at www.ohlimages.ca. The site currently offers images from previous seasons, with 2024-25 galleries to be updated throughout the first few weeks of the new season. To download high-resolution non-watermarked images, you must first register for the site through the “Client Area” tab in the sub-menu.

CHL Media Pass

CHL Media Passes are only issued to media that provide regular daily coverage of a team at home, who travel on the road and are intended strictly for this use.

In an effort to effectively control the number of league passes distributed, greater emphasis will be placed on team-issued passes and game-day credentials requested by many online-only media outlets.

Please note:

1. There is a no re-entry policy at this facility. Those holding a OHL, CHL or NHL Pass will not be permitted re-entry if they choose to leave the facility during event. Media pass holders may request permission for re-entry through Niagara IceDogs / Meridian Centre operations.

2. All submitted forms are subject to the approval of the Canadian Hockey League.

2025-26 passes will be valid for all CHL regular-season and playoff games, and exclude special events.

Media Entrance

All accredited media and scouts will access the Meridian Centre no more than two (2) hours before puck drop.

Admittance will only be permitted through the Meridian Centre Box Office located on 1 David S Howes Way.

Credentials can be picked up at the will-call booth.

At this time, we do not offer parking for accredited media or scouts.

You can access the greenroom on Event Level via the stairwell or elevator, located in the Main Entrance.

Accredited media and scouts will be granted access to the greenroom before the game. All media and scouts will be required to show a valid credential with a valid Photo ID.
