TRADE: IceDogs Acquire Evan Klein from Saginaw
Niagara, ON – This morning the Niagara IceDogs announced a trade they completed with the Saginaw Spirit. Niagara has acquired, forward Evan Klein from Saginaw in exchange for a 12th round draft pick in 2025.

Born in Waterloo, Ontario, the 2004-born forward stands at 6’03 and weighs in at 205 lbs. Klein was drafted by Saginaw in the 4th round of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) Priority Selection. Due to the 2020 stoppage, last year was his first official season in the OHL. Evan Klein played 58 games, putting up 8 goals and 9 assists for a total of 17 points on the 19th placed Saginaw team.
