Round 3 Game 7: Generals host Battalion for the final fight of the Bobby Orr Trophy
Oshawa, Ont. – The Generals are back at the Tribute Communities Centre where they will host the North Bay Battalion for Game Seven of the Eastern Conference Finals Series. Tonight will decide who will walk away with the Bobby Orr Trophy and the victorious team will compete against the London Knights for the J. Ross Roberston Cup at the OHL Championship Finals.
The Generals and Battalion are having another pair of back-to-back games, where last week for Games Two and Three, the Generals were the team who came out successful both times. However, since their Game Three win, Oshawa has lost momentum and the Battalion have capitalized on winning three consecutive games to tie the Series at three.
Yesterday afternoon, the Battalion hosted the Generals for Game Six at the North Bay Memorial Gardens where they came out on top in front of a sold-out home crowd with an 8-1 final score. Oshawa is planning to turn a new page tonight as this will be the chance to save their season in front of GensNation.
