Survey says….
BRAMPTON, Ont. – The Battalion released the results of its 2001-02 season ticket survey on Wednesday. The survey represented 26 percent of the team’s season ticket base.
r
r
There are some interesting results, particularly that nearly 70 percent of our season ticketholders attend at least 25 regular-season home games, said Mike Griffin, the Battalion’s President.
r
r
Surveys are helpful to determine if there are trends from a core audience or to gauge reaction to new initiatives. There were questions that reinforced results from the 1999-00 season’s survey, such as travel patterns and start times on Sundays, while we noticed some significant changes in other areas, such as the increase in the number of people using BattalionHockey.com as an information source.
r
r
We were also pleased that the survey produced positive results for game-day elements such as in-stand promotions, the Dance and Promotional Team, and Tim Hortons Timbits Challenge and National Anthems.
r
r
The survey resulted in support rates of 91.5 percent for in-stand promotions, 99.0 for the Timbits Challenge, 96.1 for the national anthem program, and 86.5 for the Dance and Promotional Team.
